A lunch was held on the 22nd November in aid to raises money for the clubs new nets project. Hosted by Shepherd Neame and sponsered by Quinn Estates, the lunch was attened by current and past players and representives from club sponspors and local businesses. Question and answer sessions were held with cricketing legends Robert Key and Chris Cowdrey.
The club has seen an increase in memberships over the last few seasons and therefore aim to improve facilities to enhance the opportunities for all our memberships to enjoy and get the most out of being part of this beautiful club. We are pleased to announce that this lunch raised £12,000, which is an encouraging start to our fundraising in order to achieve our state of the art nets ambition.
Special thanks to Sheperd Neame for hosting the lunch and to Quinn Esates for sponsoring the event.
Keep posted for our next fundrasining event…
